Youth Tennis Skills Instructor
We are looking for volunteers to teach youth between the ages of 9-14 basic tennis skills

Location: Mission Park, 1208 E. Mission Ave.

Cooking Class for Youth
We are searching for elders, community members, and local businesses who would be interested in teaching youth from the ages 9-16 how to cook simple cultural foods.
Classes will take place in our commercial kitchen at 1502 N Monroe St.

Schedule: second Wednesday of every month

Latinos en Spokane is proud to introduce Ser y Crecer: Resiliencia, Cultura y Futuro Brillante, a new program designed to create a supportive, engaging, and culturally centered space where Latino and immigrant youth and families can grow together.
The Ser y Crecer program is dedicated to fostering a supportive, engaging, and culturally centered environment where Latino and immigrant youth and families can grow together. Our purpose is to reduce child isolation, increase school attendance rates, and expand access to community and mental health programs.Ser y Crecer works to foster a sense of belonging and cultural pride by providing opportunities for youth to feel empowered. By building resilience, strengthening family relationships, and creating a cultural connection that brings back family bonds and traditions. We want to lay the foundation for lasting success and well-being in the community.
