We are an organization that supports citizen participation, integration, community development, and empowerment of the Latino population in Spokane.

Our Center
Latinos En Spokane has centered our efforts on going to where the community is, listening to needs, building trust, and providing technical support and wrap-around services directly to families navigating the complexities of immigration, education, healthcare, housing, and city resources. Our programs have created cultural visibility within the Latino and immigrant communities.

Legal Services
Since 2020, Latinos En Spokane has diligently organized free monthly legal and immigration clinics in partnership with Gonzaga Law School, the Spokane County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Program, and Washington Courts. These clinics offer free legal consultations and advice, assistance with navigating court processes, reviewing documents, and court self-help services.
Ser y Crecer
The Ser y Crecer program is dedicated to fostering a supportive, engaging, and culturally centered environment where Latino and immigrant youth and families can grow together. Our purpose is to reduce child isolation, increase school attendance rates, and expand access to community and mental health programs.Ser y Crecer works to foster a sense of belonging and cultural pride by providing opportunities for youth to feel empowered.


El Mercadito
El Mercadito is a monthly cultural market that provides free, fresh cultural foods to the community, access to health care services through CHAS Health clinic, and a vibrant multicultural food destination in Spokane. El Mercadito addresses health care and food security in Spokane, to better serve the increasing Latino and immigrant population. El Mercadito is a vibrant international market of community connection, providing cultural taste, smells, rhythms and activities, while staying rooted to health and food justice.
Small Business
Development Center
Emprendete, the small business development center at Latinos en Spokane empowers small businesses and entrepreneurs to build on their specialties with startup process assistance, training, mentoring and connections with local and state resources. Emprendete offers a community commercial kitchen, a fully equipped food truck for rent, pop-up vendor supplies, and other startup materials.

Social Services
The Community Comadres program provides wrap-around services and technical assistance to support families navigating state and local systems.
Through this program, we are advocating for Latino and immigrant families and have successfully expanded this visibility into local health, housing, food justice, courts, and other local systems
