Executive Director

Salary: $72,000-$90,000

Location: Spokane, WA 

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and mission-driven Executive Director to lead Latinos En Spokane into its next era of impact. The Executive Director will guide strategic vision, strengthen organizational capacity, and foster meaningful partnerships across sectors. This leader will manage a talented team of 13 staff, oversee a $1.5-3 million annual budget, and serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization.

 

Reporting to the Board of Directors and in close collaboration with staff, and community members, the Executive Director will ensure the health, sustainability, and strategic growth of Latinos En Spokane This is a role for a values-driven leader who excels at the intersection of operations, movement-building, and community empowerment.

Development Director

$30–$35 per hour (DOE) + Medical Stipend

Location: Spokane, WA

The Director of Development leads all fundraising, donor engagement, and resource development efforts for Latinos En Spokane, with a strong emphasis on individual and business donors, institutional funding, and long-term sustainability. This role also oversees development-related communications and storytelling, ensuring donors, partners, and the broader community are consistently informed about impact, priorities, and opportunities to engage.

 

Working in close partnership with the Executive Director and Board of Directors, the Director of Development designs and executes a comprehensive development strategy; manages donor and grants data systems; and ensures transparent, values-aligned communication that strengthens trust, accountability, and investment in the organization’s mission.

Immigration Attorney

Salary: $100K - $140K

Location: Spokane, WA

The Staff Immigration Attorney will play a vital role in developing a legal center for Latinos En Spokane, providing low-cost to free legal, criminal, and immigration services. This position involves representing low-income, primarily Spanish-speaking immigrants, including children, families, and adults, before USCIS offices in Seattle, Spokane, or Yakima, Washington. The focus areas include asylum seekers, DACA, U-Visa, T-Visa Permanent residents, citizenship, removal proceedings, and H2A workers.
