Staff Immigration Attorney
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
Location: Spokane, WA
The Staff Immigration Attorney will play a vital role in developing a legal center for Latinos En Spokane, providing low-cost to free legal, criminal, and immigration services. This position involves representing low-income, primarily Spanish-speaking immigrants, including children, families, and adults, before USCIS offices in Seattle, Spokane, or Yakima, Washington. The focus areas include asylum seekers, DACA, U-Visa, T-Visa Permanent residents, citizenship, removal proceedings, and H2A workers.

DOJ Accredited Representative
Hourly Wage: $30-$32 per hour
Location: Spokane, WA
Responsible for managing communication channels, including receiving and responding to phone calls and emails from clients and individuals seeking immigration legal services. Conducts interviews with potential clients to assess their eligibility for immigration relief and provides legal services and representation accordingly, following LES policies and procedures.

Economic
Development Director
Salary Range: $69,680
The Director will lead efforts in personal finance,
Emprendete -small business development center, consumer protection, economic justice, housing, education, taxes, and workforce development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in economic development, a passion for community empowerment, and a proven track record of leadership and program management.

Experienced Tax Consultant with 3-5 years of tax preparation experience, specializing in complex financial statement preparation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, alongside meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
