Latinos in Spokane together with SNAP will be helping our Latino community with rental assistance applications*
*It is not necessary to be a citizen to apply. Must reside in Spokane County.

Do I qualify for rental assistance?
-Must be a resident of Spokane County (within city limits).
-Demonstrate 80% of AMI (Area median income)
-The household must have qualified for unemployment or have reduced income due to the coronavirus.
-Demonstrate a real risk of homelessness or instability, whether with overdue rents, eviction notice, etc ...
What documents do you need?
-State of the home (choose one) expired eviction or utility notices, written or verbal landlord declaration of delay of rent, Self-declaration form.
-Rent amount (choose one) bank statements, check stubs, A certification of the owner. Self-declaration form.
-Address of the property (choose one) Evidence of payment of utilities, A certification from the owner,
